It all started when…

I have been a licensed massage therapist since graduating from Sedona School of Massage (AZ) in 2009. I worked for many years in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Steamboat CO. My clientele were primarily deep tissue clients. In 2012 I began studying Advanced Myofascial Techniques with Til Luchau. In 2018 I studied Contemporary Cupping Therapy from the International Cupping Therapy Association with Mark Perido. And fell in love. I now practice primarily Cupping Therapy in all my sessions combined gentle flowing connective tissue techniques. I have found it to be the most effective deep tissue technique that allows a client to feel comfortable at the same time. It has a relieving effect on the tissues. You can read more about Cupping Therapy in my blog “What is Cupping Therapy”?

About Compassionate Nourishment / Julie Mol L.M.T.

I created Compassionate Nourishment because I wanted a place to practice primarily Cupping Therapy. I also wanted to offer Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and Nutritional Balancing, after my miraculous recovery from extreme adrenal fatigue on this program. I battled Eczema in my early 40s and found the best treatment out there to be a combination of L’Bri skin care and a few choice supplements. Therefore I paired with L’Bri to support others in their Eczema journey as well. The name Compassionate Nourishment came to be as I combined Cupping, Mineral Balancing, and Skin Care under one roof.

I have been very happy living in Boulder and decided this is home. My office is located off of Iris Ave., in a red brick building. I enjoy biking to work, hiking or cross country skiing on my days off, and I am a kitty cat junky (although I do not own one - yet). Feel free to use the contact page to reach out to me for any questions you may have about the services I offer, or you may message me by Facebook, send an email, or simply give a call. Hope to be of help to you.
